Nauders: a high plateau in the three-country region
Nauders occupies a high-Alpine plateau on the Reschen Pass close to Italy and Switzerland. The village combines winter sports and summer activities with an established Tyrolean village setting. Naudersberg Castle, Fort Nauders and Altfinstermünz recall its historic position on an important Alpine route.
The three-country region lends itself to skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking, mountain biking and trips towards Lake Reschen, the Engadin and the Tyrolean Oberland. Hotels, apartments and holiday homes lie in the centre and surrounding districts; a direct transfer is particularly comfortable with family luggage and sports equipment.
